 1)  SYMBOLIC STORY OF "UPGRADATION"!

         Recently, my school and college friend bought a flat which was about 10 miles away from my residence. He is a bachelor and works in a bank. He invited me for the opening ceremony and a party this evening.

          I asked, " How many people are attending"?

          His answer, "Just you me and my old mother- almost bed-ridden." I decided to go in casuals and wearing just slippers-- no shoes!

          After half an hour he said his brother will also join with his wife and his grown up daughter. I decided to go in an office dress "plus shoes". His next phone call- my boss and his wife are also joining. I took out my suit and  kept it ready!polished my shoes. Next- Two three girls - our classmates from college will come with their grown up daughters. I took out my neck tie from the cupboard!

        I went down to the laundry shop for ironing my dress.

        Next, two bank officers I had worked with in the past and their wives with their college going son and  daughter!

         I went down and bought a bottle of heavenly perfume!

         Now, all I need is an a/c car. Can you loan it to me with full tanks, for this evening? I have kept my mobile charged to the fullest!

        After all, what are the friends here for?    😃
